Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with Docsy Premium, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. We would rather make it right than keep your money.

Payments for Docsy Premium are processed by Stripe on our behalf, including checkout, invoicing, tax and refunds.

To request a refund, email us at support@docsy.uk with your order email or invoice number and we will arrange it. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time from your Billing page or through the customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
